These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Exploring Andaman. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking any travel service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms stated below.
1. Scope of Services
Exploring Andaman is a travel service provider specializing in Andaman & Nicobar Islands tourism. Our services include, but are not limited to, customized tour packages, hotel bookings, ferry tickets, local transfers, sightseeing tours, and travel assistance. All services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability.
2. Booking Procedure & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official communication channels. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation or voucher by Exploring Andaman. Verbal confirmations shall not be treated as final.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be completed as per the agreed payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Delayed or incomplete payments may lead to automatic cancellation of services. Exploring Andaman reserves the right to revise prices in case of changes in taxes, fuel costs, or supplier tariffs.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges vary based on hotels, ferry operators, transport providers, and seasonal demand. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees and service charges and may take 7–14 working days to reflect in the original payment method.
5. Amendments & Changes
Any changes to confirmed bookings, including travel dates, hotels, or services, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Exploring Andaman reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
6. Travel Documents & Compliance
Guests are solely responsible for carrying valid government-approved identification documents during travel. Failure to comply with local regulations or provide valid documents may result in denial of services without any refund or compensation.
7. Health, Safety & Conduct
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides, hotel staff, ferry operators, and local authorities. Exploring Andaman is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the trip. Guests are expected to respect local customs, environment, and marine life.
8. Force Majeure
Exploring Andaman shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, political disturbances, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Third-Party Services
Exploring Andaman acts as a facilitator for third-party service providers such as hotels, ferry operators, transport vendors, and activity providers. We are not responsible for the actions, service quality, or defaults of such third parties.
10. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Exploring Andaman. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Exploring Andaman’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the booked services. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
